2011 Run for the Cure

It was a wet one out there for 2011. However, the on-and-off rain showers didn’t dampen the spirits of the hundreds of the run participants or the spirits of our North Shore Amateur Radio club member volunteers. North Shore members came early, organized with our net control, and took their positions at various checkpoints on the route to make sure the all the participates stayed safe throughout the event. You can say that we’re getting good at helping keep this event timely and running smoothly, on our part!
